Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify marketing needs and opportunities; provide expert consultation on effective marketing strategies and best practices; design and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing TRevPOR and increasing visit frequency from on-site guests and club members.
  1. Serve as the marketing liaison for resort departments and external partners (e.g., Activities, Spa, Fitness, Marina) to achieve defined objectives.
  2. Conduct regular strategy meetings with department heads as directed by the Director of Marketing to plan marketing initiatives, gather content, schedule execution, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  3. Create comprehensive quarterly marketing plans for assigned departments; present for review and approval by the Director of Marketing; implement upon approval.
  4. Identify opportunities to enhance departmental promotions and strengthen brand presence within each assigned department.
  5. Engage in guest feedback tracking and provide support to address marketing-related insights within assigned departments.
  6. Ensure all departmental marketing plans are integrated into the Master Marketing Calendar.
  7. Continuously monitor and report on best practices and performance metrics to the Director of Marketing.
  8. Manage guest communications on property while upholding brand standards and compliance for all produced content.
Produce clear and compelling copy that aligns with the brand's voice and values, catering to the resort's objectives and target demographics.
  1. Collaborate with the Creative Design team to deliver required materials within established timelines, including but not limited to the resort website, mobile app, seasonal guides, and promotional collateral.
  2. Maintain adequate inventory levels of promotional materials across departments.
  3. Assist in organizing photo shoots and video productions as directed by the Director of Marketing.
Work with the HR Department on employer branding and internal communications as requested.Contribute as a member of the marketing team to support the execution and communication of resort events and promotions as assigned.Due to the dynamic nature of resort operations, flexibility in performing various tasks is essential.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of marketing and content creation experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, HTML, and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with both traditional and modern marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
  • Experience in measuring and analyzing marketing performance and ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while being self-motivated and proactive.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Adherence to all operational standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Exemplify the principles of luxury service and authentic hospitality.
Language Proficiency
