As a Manager of Compensation, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and administering our compensation program and policies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our compensation philosophy aligns with the organization's priorities and strategies, while maintaining external equity to the market and internal equity. You will also be responsible for managing and administering our compensation software, submitting market surveys, conducting advanced market analysis, determining wages for new employees and employee movement, and presenting compensation findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders. You will train leaders in the organization on compensation and compensation policies, ensuring transparency, guidance, interpretation, process, and solutions. Additionally, you'll lead the training for new and existing leaders on our compensation program, collaborate with leaders on education of the compensation policy, and process annual merit increase approvals in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). You will also manage and administer the compensation survey management software, complete all vendor compensation surveys, maintain data in the software system, conduct yearly migration of new survey data, and review survey data against our organization's roles. You will provide reporting as needed from the system and conduct ongoing research, benchmarking, and analysis on emerging compensation trends and best practices. Your expertise will be essential in making recommendations for enhancement of our compensation programs, ensuring our compensation program is equitable and attractive to recruit and retain staff, and that it follows government laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for forecasting annual budget costs for compensation changes to ensure Prevea remains market competitive and effectively manages cost. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration, or a combination of education and experience in a related field. Additionally, you should have 5-7 years of compensation experience and 3-5 years of experience in leading or building compensation programs for an organization. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you're able to work independently and as a team member, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to exercise independent judgment as appropriate, then this role may be a good fit for you. Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
