About the Role

As a Product Specialist at Watlow within our Industrial Control Systems group, you will have the opportunity to learn and interact with our expansive product lines. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and peers and with external customers.
  • Establish and cultivate a working knowledge of products and their applications.
  • Support and educate customers, distributors, and sales agents on product selection and product application.
  • Serve as a technical resource post-sale and assist with product investigations.
  • Support new product development teams by providing input based on your product and customer learnings.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess business opportunities and develop product growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, or two-year degree and related experience, or equivalent experience (5-8 years).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word).
  • Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical and debug skills.
  • Self-starter and desire to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and know when to refer issues to others.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in using business systems to achieve results and improve processes.
