Job Summary

The Production Specialist 3 is a critical role in the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality fan merchandise at Fanatics. This position involves working individually or as part of a team to finish or produce a large volume of product using automated machines or work centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately counting and coordinating materials, inspecting and reporting quality issues, and consistently following customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reads and follows specific instructions given on shop packets
  • Utilizes FMS to accurately document work processes
  • Accurately counts and coordinates materials required to produce each order
  • Boxes, bags, packages, and labels products based on customer specifications
  • Performs daily and weekly preventative maintenance to equipment
  • Performs basic equipment set up and troubleshooting
  • Adheres to all Department and Company Standards, Operating Procedures, and Safety Requirements
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Closed attention to detail
  • Ability to complete basic technology applications and basic computer aptitude
  • Good hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to complete repetitive machine operation tasks
  • Ability to read shop packets and follow instruction
  • Ability to count accurately and complete mathematical computations
Working Conditions

The Production Specialist 3 will work in a temperature-controlled environment, which may include working in a cold, warm, or humid environment. The role may also involve working in a dusty, wet, or high-noise environment. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as applicable to the work-center guidelines.
