About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team at Watlow. As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and sales channels with product advice, selection, application, and set-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise customers, distributors, and sales agents on product selection and application.
  • Serve as a technical resource post-sale and assist with product investigations.
  • Maintain relationships with established customers and support new business development.
  • Train sales agents and distributors on product applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business opportunities and develop product growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or two-year degree and related experience, or equivalent experience (5-8 years).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word).
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficient in using business systems to achieve results and improve processes.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and know when to refer issues to others.
