Job Description

The Team Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing leadership and guidance to the sales team, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in supervising and managing day-to-day store operations
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to sales staff
  • Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency and satisfaction
  • Perform POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure
  • Manage sales, discounts, and refunds
  • Conduct inventory control, including shipping and receiving, price management, and damaged merchandise
  • Maintain sales floor merchandising and visual presentation standards
  • Manage payroll control, including scheduling, payroll budget compliance, and time and attendance
  • Develop and train direct reports
  • Work towards a complete understanding of managing day-to-day operations
Working Relationships

The Team Lead will work closely with customers, sales associates, store management, district/ regional managers, and store operations and training personnel.
