Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Software Consultant Manager to join our team at Blue & Co., LLC. As a key member of our Software Consulting group, you will work directly with clients to solve problems and make recommendations regarding accounting-related software.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of QuickBooks, familiarity with QuickBooks add-on software systems, and a thorough understanding of accounting system process flows. They will also have experience with multiple accounting software applications, proficiency in researching and testing potential accounting software applications, and a passion for helping clients choose the best solutions.

Responsibilities will include software system evaluations and recommendations, system implementations and conversions, workflow analysis, system testing, data conversions, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be able to travel and work on clients' sites as needed.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience working with or consulting on accounting software solutions, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
