Xplor is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in Fredericksburg, TX. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners in the West region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will be comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners in the West region
- Work closely with internal teams to onboard new business and ensure seamless customer experience
- Manage pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
- Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor's electronic applications
- Educate merchants and business owners on payment processing industry
- Maintain regular communication with sales leadership
- Closing sales of Xplor's payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must exhibit a hunter mentality, professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency
- Ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
