Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall CFO calendar and governance of senior-level meetings, aligning the team around strategic objectives and core deliverables.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance and key metrics.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional initiatives and drive results.
  • Develop and execute effective change management strategies to ensure the long-term success of the Finance organization's transformation.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications for the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and board of directors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, digital transformation, or corporate strategy, with previous experience in a chief of staff or similar role a plus.
  • Proven leadership ability, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management and reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines.
  • Strong ability to navigate through ambiguity and ability to constantly shift priorities to the most important task at hand, while seeing the big picture.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Must work independently and be personally motivated.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change.
