Job Description

We're seeking a Part-Time Retail Ambassador to join our team at our San Francisco Premium Outlet store. As a Retail Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional customer experience and showcasing our products in a physical space.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in our store and across all touch points of the brand
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of our products and processes, including our tools and systems
  • Support the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in all operational duties
  • Elevate customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create loyalty by connecting customers with our brand and community
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of retail or customer-oriented experience preferred
  • Excellent people skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Fastidious attention to detail and enthusiasm for maintaining our brand aesthetic
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a minimum of 16 hours per week
  • Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day in a busy store environment
