Job Description

At Medtronic, we are committed to alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life. As a Senior Vascular Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow Sales and Market Share: Promote, sell, and service Vascular products to grow sales and market share for an assigned territory.
  • Develop New Accounts: Aggressively develop new accounts and drive therapy adoption of DCB, Atherectomy, and the full PV product portfolio across the continuum of care for PAD.
  • Train Medical Staff: Train medical staff on products and procedures to ensure effective use and adoption.
  • Meet Sales Objectives: Meet expectations as defined by Sales Management, including consistently meeting and exceeding AOP, sales budget, and account development targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biological science or business.
  • 5+ Years of Sales Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales or healthcare sales experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Medical Device Sales Experience: Experience in medical device sales, capital equipment sales, surgical sales, or in-hospital pharmaceuticals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales Experience in Medical Devices: Sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment sales, surgical sales, or in-hospital pharmaceuticals.
  • Business Planning Skills: Strong business planning skills, including the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting/Carrying 20 Pounds: Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds.
  • Sit/Stand/Walk 6-8 Hours a Day: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 6-8 hours a day.
  • Operate Moving Vehicle: Ability to operate a moving vehicle.
