Job Summary

Spark Talent Inc is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with experience in the repair and maintenance of CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
  • Oversee building maintenance and schedule subcontractors as needed
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a manufacturing environment

Requirements
  • Two-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance
  • Three to five years of experience in maintenance of CNC machines
  • Working knowledge of industrial electricity, electronics, HVAC, and facility maintenance
  • OSHA Electrical Safety training certification
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Physical ability to move, lift, and/or push up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
  • Ability to effectively and safely use a wide variety of hand tools, wrenches, files, and small tools associated with maintenance/repair work
  • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry skills and familiarity with various software programs
  • Adequate eyesight with or without corrective lenses to perform required work with necessary attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively schedule and monitor sub-contract vendors performing work in facility
