- Oversee building maintenance and schedule subcontractors as needed
- Work efficiently and effectively in a manufacturing environment
- Document maintenance activities and efforts
- Meet attendance and overtime requirements
- Two-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance
- Three to five years of experience in maintenance of CNC machines
- Working knowledge of industrial electricity, electronics, HVAC, and facility maintenance
- OSHA Electrical Safety training certification
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Physical ability to move, lift, and/or push up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Ability to effectively and safely use a wide variety of hand tools, wrenches, files, and small tools associated with maintenance/repair work
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry skills and familiarity with various software programs
- Adequate eyesight with or without corrective lenses to perform required work with necessary attention to detail
- Ability to effectively schedule and monitor sub-contract vendors performing work in facility
