About the Role

This position requires a strong leader with inherent theoretical and practical knowledge to lead the science while supporting R&D's pipeline of programs. The ideal candidate will be a recognized expert in Immunology and one of the disease areas, Rheumatology, gastro-enterology, dermatology, and/or fibrosing disorders.

Responsibilities include setting an Immunology-specific portfolio strategy, leading a team of project directors, and working in close collaboration with colleagues in early Discovery Research, Biotherapeutics and Genetic Medicine, chemistry, pre-clinical safety, and clinical development.
