About the Opportunity
This position requires frequent office presence and close collaboration with multifunctional teams to drive program advancement. Your tasks will encompass guiding a small team and imparting insights on clinical development techniques. If you possess considerable early clinical development experience, industry familiarity, and international regulatory proficiency, this could be your ideal role.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop clinical development roadmaps to ensure timely and successful product clearances
- Cooperate with internal teams to accelerate program momentum and meet goals
- Supervise a small group of physicians and provide guidance on clinical development excellence
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory adjustments to maintain compliance

Minimum Requirements
- MD (ideally board-certified oncologist) with sizeable early clinical development experience
- 3+ years' industry experience with global regulatory understanding
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities to influence diverse teams

Salary Bracket: $190,000 - $230,000 yearly
