Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Health Care Professional to join our team at Monte Nido & Affiliates. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain and record vital signs as needed
- Monitor and report unusual client behavior
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Document all interactions and events promptly and accurately
- Model healthy eating habits by completing meals during work hours
Requirements:
- Active license as a Registered Nurse (or be license-eligible)
- Experience in residential or inpatient behavioral health and mental health settings is preferred
- Previous work with individuals overcoming eating disorders is a plus
- Must hold active CPR/BLS certification (training can be provided if needed)
