About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our Wholesale Credit Risk program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic implementation of our Target Operating Model across countries and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Trade and Working Capital Solutions business with planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day activities for running the Wholesale Credit Risk program.
  • Lead key initiatives as a Program Management Office (PMO) in a detailed manner and deliver within strict timelines.
  • Identify risks that impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
  • Direct the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Support the development and implementation of Institutional Credit Management (ICM) Transaction Management under the end-state model for Trade and Working Capital Solutions.
  • Work with all Regional Product teams to launch the Wholesale Credit Risk Legal Documentation Checklist across all businesses.
  • Help re-draft and update all necessary Wholesale Credit Risk Trade and Working Capital Solutions Standards and procedures with the support from all relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with ICM and Risk to simplify and automate all product guidelines. Connecting Helios to existing product approval systems (enhance current product approval process).
  • Support all Tech De-Risk implementations and System Migrations across Trade.
  • Support businesses on Wholesale Credit Risk Data-related workstreams and projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of related experience.
  • Background in Trade products, Operations, Tech, Program Management, and/or Data is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
