The Solution Engineer (SE) is integral to enhancing sales efforts by finalizing the technical components of intricate solutions. Collaborating with sales, service, development, and technical support teams, you will ensure that proposals accurately reflect customer requirements and receive the necessary endorsement from technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assessing and confirming customer needs
- Delivering impactful sales presentations
- Clarifying technical specifications regarding Summit Healthcare products and services
- Facilitating product demonstrations and walkthroughs
- Overseeing all phases of Proof of Concepts
- Integrating Summit Healthcare solutions into client environments
- Engaging in webinars and seminars
- Responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
The SE must effectively communicate the importance of automated data visibility and management solutions within the realms of Data Governance, Identity and Access Management, and Privileged Access Management. Additionally, offering insights on industry best practices in these domains is crucial.
Essential Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 4+ years in client-facing roles, ideally in technology sales to large enterprises. Strong communication skills across various audience levels and a deep understanding of Active Directory and Windows/Unix File systems are essential. Previous experience with Proof of Concepts, cloud collaboration tools, PAM Account Vaulting, IAM platforms, and Microsoft Exchange is highly regarded.
