About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Analyst to join our team at Potential Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to making meaningful changes in the lives of individuals with Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee behavior interventions for school students, utilizing evidence-based treatments and a committed support network to help children and adults gain the skills they need to learn and succeed.
  • Complete assessments, including functional analysis, to inform behavior support plans and ensure effective positive behavior support.
  • Design, manage, and interpret data collection systems to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Participate in quarterly home visits for parent training and provide required supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Assist with in-service training development and implementation, as well as support teachers and allied health professionals in skill acquisition programs.
  • Provide research to support alternate teaching plans and collaborate on new strategies using scientific methods.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or PhD in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials.
  • PA Behavior Specialist License preferred.
  • Working knowledge of current issues in Autism Spectrum Disorder and special education communities.
  • Demonstrated experience using and understanding assessment tools, such as VP-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essentials for Living, or similar data collection systems.
