Job Title: Special Education Teacher

Potential Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at the Springtime School. As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Job Highlights:
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized education programs for students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Assess student needs and create instructional programs to promote academic, behavioral, and essential skills for living.
  • Work in a small classroom setting with a registered behavior technician and a behavior analyst to meet educational goals.
  • Enjoy a supportive administration that prioritizes work-life balance and professional development.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Special Education.
  • Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
  • Current Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certificate.
