About the Role

Potential Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs to address their behavioral health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism
  • Work with clients of varying levels of need, including children and adolescents
  • Collect data, write session notes, and complete service logs (timesheets)
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure high-quality care

Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation to see clients throughout Lower Bucks County
  • Matching availability
  • Ability to engage, play, and keep up with active children and adolescents
