Regional Vice President, Commercial Lines Leader

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Regional Vice President, Commercial Lines to join our growing team in our New Jersey branch. This is a full-time, exempt role. This is a hybrid opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Drive profitable growth in the assigned territory.
- Lead the execution of the CORE (middle market and small commercial) businesses operating plans, new business development, retention, and distribution management.
- Develop local market plans and oversee the team's achievement of portfolio actions.
- Interface with team members to provide a high level of customer service for agency partners, claims, risk control, service center, and policy processing.
- Lead a middle market team and coach assigned teams from respective business units.
- Lead and execute Hanover Strategy in assigned territory.
- Ten years or more of general property and casualty experience required.
- 7-10 years of leadership experience preferred.
- CPCU or CIC designations preferred.
- Sound technical knowledge of commercial and personal lines insurance business.
- Demonstrated evidence of success in managing operations and staff in underwriting and marketing functions within a competitive environment.
