Job Summary

This role is responsible for assisting Account Managers and producers in the servicing and processing of new, renewal, endorsement, and audit transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process policies, endorsements, audits, and other tasks assigned per the instructions given on the processing checklist.
  • Verify coverages on applications in EPIC to ensure accuracy.
  • Discuss discrepancies with supervisors and take necessary actions.
  • Assist Account Managers on special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High school education mandatory, college degree preferred.
  • Ability to learn Property and Casualty insurance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including Word and Excel.
  • Aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Above-average verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Requirement of obtaining an insurance license within 6-12 months.

Physical Requirements

Constant use of computer screens, ability to operate a computer keyboard, and other general office equipment.
