About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Register guests and process room reservations
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services and facilities
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Operate the front desk computer system and manage guest records
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk software
