Position Overview:
As a participant in the Accounting & Finance Development Program, you will embark on a transformative journey designed for top-tier candidates eager to accelerate their careers within the finance sector of a leading global retailer. This program offers a unique opportunity to engage in four six-month rotations across various accounting and finance divisions, including multiple operational segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Throughout the program, you will:
- Engage in four six-month rotations across diverse segments.
- Participate in comprehensive training aimed at enhancing leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills.
- Gain direct access to senior leadership and partake in exclusive developmental experiences.
- Collaborate with a network of peers and alumni, fostering a supportive environment.
- Receive formal mentorship from experienced professionals.
- Participate in tailored development planning and coaching sessions.
The program consists of two distinct tracks:
- Finance & Strategy Track: Focus on Commercial Finance areas such as Strategy, Operations, and Financial Planning.
- Accounting Track: Involves rotations within Controllership and Audit, providing exposure to key financial reporting and compliance functions.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or master's program with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Completion of at least 6 credit hours in accounting.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Demonstrates a strong motivation for tackling complex challenges.
- Possesses a passion for data analysis and strategic problem-solving.
- Exhibits the ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Shows initiative and a proactive approach to driving results.
- Displays intellectual curiosity and a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics.
