The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, developing and implementing financial strategies, and providing financial guidance to senior leadership. They will also be responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. They will also have experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance function and develop and implement financial strategies
  • Provide financial guidance to senior leadership and manage the financial planning and analysis process
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area
  • 3 years' supervisory experience
  • 3 years' experience leading and completing cross-functional projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration
  • Strategic planning experience
  • Experience working in a large corporate environment
