Regional Sales Representative

Super Products LLC, an Alamo Group Company, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality vacuum truck equipment. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Summary:The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in their assigned sales territory. This includes soliciting rental, parts, and service sales, as well as providing technical training and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Make regular customer visits to solicit rental, parts, and service sales
- Record all customer sales visits and relevant sales activity in the CRM database
- Collect and report market information regarding competitors, trends, and product development opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs
- Continuously research the sales territory to identify and add qualified prospects to the CRM database
- Submit activity plans for the upcoming week
- Assist management with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections
- Provide technical training or technical information to customers as required
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal direct supervision
- Fundamental technical knowledge of truck chassis and vacuum truck systems and functions
- Knowledge of various applications and uses for industrial vacuum trucks, combination machines, and hydro-excavators
- Solid business acumen and sound decision-making skills
- Computer acumen and comfortable with Excel, Word, and CRM software
Minimum five years' experience selling vacuum trucks or a minimum five years' experience in fleet or operations management in a company providing significant vacuum truck services. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
