Key Responsibilities
  • Branch Management: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring seamless execution of loan production and customer service.
  • Loan Production: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly production volume targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Builder Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with our builder partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team of loan originators, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Profit and Loss Management: Analyze and manage branch profitability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring borrowers are informed and satisfied throughout the loan process.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a loan originator, with a proven track record of success.
  • Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience, with a strong understanding of branch operations and team leadership.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, including residential lending and construction financing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with borrowers, builders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Education: College degree preferred, but not required.
