Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Avidex Industries LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our team in the San Diego County region. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Job Summary:

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the AV/IT industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and field service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Provide sales support, coordination, and planning throughout the pre- and post-selling process
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Over 10 years of experience in consultative sales and customer support within AV/IT or a similar technology industry
  • High proficiency in using Windows, MS Office, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, active listening skills, and strong persuasiveness in prospecting techniques
  • Capability to drive multiple concurrent opportunities through the sales cycle to closure
  • Competence in managing assigned active accounts and fostering existing sales growth
