Senior Analyst for Privileged Access Management Operations

WSP, a leading global consulting firm, is in search of a Senior Analyst specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM) Operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing PAM strategies, overseeing access control measures, and ensuring compliance with established security protocols. As an integral part of the Global Security Operations team, you will work closely with various departments to refine PAM solutions and offer technical support to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PAM strategies and policies
  • Oversee the deployment and upkeep of PAM solutions
  • Manage access provisioning and de-provisioning activities
  • Perform risk assessments and audits related to privileged access
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with security standards
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to the operations team
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and new PAM technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience with PAM solutions
  • Expertise in PAM tools
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and IGA
  • Strong grasp of access controls and risk management principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented
  • Robust analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Language requirement: English

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HCM, Oracle Financial, SailPoint IIQ, Service Now
  • Strong technical and business insight
