Lead Operations Executive

Alliance Health System is in search of a dedicated and highly skilled Lead Operations Executive with exceptional organizational capabilities. This role involves overseeing personnel, contributing to operational enhancement strategies, and managing the functions of multidisciplinary orthopedic clinics. To excel as a Lead Operations Executive, you should possess comprehensive knowledge of practice management and ideally have a background in a comparable healthcare setting. An exemplary healthcare administrator will be someone whose management skills significantly enhance the delivery of quality healthcare services.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • A minimum of five years' experience in practice management and team leadership in a similar context
  • Expertise in electronic health record and practice management systems
  • Significant experience in financial oversight
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Thorough understanding of relevant healthcare regulations

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supporting business strategy and enhancing administrative processes
  • Creating budgets, tracking expenses, and executing daily financial management duties
  • Overseeing recruitment and management of administrative personnel
  • Providing training for administrative staff and conducting performance evaluations
  • Ensuring compliance with health regulations in patient care practices
  • Serving as a point of contact with external agencies, including regulatory bodies and insurance providers
  • Developing and implementing strategies for improving healthcare service delivery
  • Documenting procedures and maintaining accurate records
  • Staying updated on trends in practice management and healthcare regulations
  • Carrying out additional administrative tasks as necessary
