Professional Vehicle Operator

Position Overview:
Join the team at Erickson Senior Living, a distinguished provider of senior living and healthcare services, as a full-time or flexible CDL Driver. We are dedicated to offering a supportive and collaborative work environment where customer service and teamwork are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport residents, staff, and visitors to scheduled and unscheduled appointments.
- Operate vehicles equipped with wheelchair ramps and lifts, ensuring accessibility for all passengers.
- Drive passenger buses and sedans, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Prepare vehicles for operation, including conducting pre and post-trip inspections, refueling, and performing related tasks.
- Maintain accurate logs and track vehicle usage.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle.
Work Schedule:
- Sunday through Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday through Monday: 10-hour shifts
- Flex/Per Diem opportunities available.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a vehicle.
- A valid Commercial Driver's License Class C (or higher) with Passenger endorsement is required, and must be maintained as a condition of employment.
- A current D.O.T. Physical/Medical Examiner's Certificate is necessary and must be kept up to date.
- A clean driving record, with a minimum of three years of verifiable driving experience.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in transportation services is preferred.
