About the Role

Claire Myers Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Personal/Executive Assistant to provide exceptional organizational and administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic settings, is flexible, and excels at bringing order to complex tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate the executive's schedule, arrange meetings, and book travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Support Services: Assist with daily errands, including grocery shopping and household needs, to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Task Coordination & Team Collaboration: Transcribe notes, create actionable items, and delegate tasks to the team effectively to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Gift Handling & Client Relations: Manage client gifts and other personalized touchpoints with discretion to maintain strong relationships.
  • System Support: Support CRM updates and utilize Monday.com to manage to-do lists accurately, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare and manage expense reports in a timely manner to maintain financial transparency.
  • Email Management: Oversee the executive's email correspondence and implement efficient email management strategies to minimize distractions and maximize productivity.

Essential Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in a high-pressure environment, is essential for success.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are crucial for this role.
  • Tech-savviness, with experience using Monday.com and CRM systems, is required to stay ahead of the curve.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality is paramount to maintain trust and respect.
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to travel 40-50% of the time is necessary for this dynamic role.
  • Strong communication and delegation skills are vital for effective collaboration and teamwork.

Bonus Information

  • The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
