Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join Anciom LLC. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining a calendar of appointments and meetings, ensuring that the office is well-stocked with supplies, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars of appointments and meetings
  • Efficiently manage office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls and in-person interactions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Manager
  • Strong understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
