Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Processing: Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including posting invoices to QuickBooks and reconciling credit card statements.
  • Payment Scheduling: Schedule approved payments and prepare checks for signature, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing.
  • Expense Tracking: Maintain an Excel spreadsheet to track recurring monthly expenses, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly credit card statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable environment, preferably with QuickBooks.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of the AP process, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
