Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients both face-to-face and via phone to assess their boating requirements and offer customized suggestions.
  • Guide clients through the complete boat acquisition journey, which includes presenting options, negotiating prices, and managing documentation.
  • Showcase a comprehensive understanding of various boat models, features, and accessories to highlight the benefits of each offering.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales objectives while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Establish strong, enduring relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom, ensuring all boats and accessories are clean, functional, and attractively displayed.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines to clients and team members.
  • Support after-sales service by coordinating delivery logistics, addressing client inquiries, and managing product returns or exchanges as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new boat launches, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in boat sales or a related field is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion and knowledge of the outdoor boating industry, with a commitment to helping clients find the right solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities to effectively promote products.
