Job Overview

Drees Homes, a family-owned home building company, seeks a Sales Manager to lead the Townhomes Division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the efficient sale and closing of homes, implementing action plans to achieve divisional sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise sales team members, providing guidance on presentation and maximizing self-generated traffic.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, field staff, homeowners, and operational staff to resolve issues and questions within company guidelines.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure the company is maximizing market share.
  • Develop and implement divisional sales training plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and divisional policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the overall condition and presentation of model homes, market homes, community entrances, and other divisional assets.
  • Collaborate with upper management on marketing collateral and promotional programs for the region.


Requirements
  • College degree required; related field preferred.
  • Proven personal sales track record required.
  • 3 years of sales management experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of residential sales experience.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team.
  • Customer-focused and driven to succeed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, and outgoing.
  • Organized and decisive.
