Job Overview:

The Staffing Specialist plays a crucial role in our team, responsible for effectively filling client orders with qualified Tradesmen Field Employees (FEs) across the national footprint. This position requires a strong focus on safety, skill, and reliability, with a market-specific approach to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and select the best internal and external candidates that meet the unique qualifications for specified orders.
  • Conduct thorough and compliant interviews, maintaining high standards for obtaining necessary jobsite information.
  • Maintain accurate employee records regarding safety and safety training.
  • Drive safety culture by ensuring only qualified and safety-minded FEs are selected and dispatched.
Requirements:
  • Previous HR/Staffing or Recruiting background is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience fostering and developing relationships in a remote environment would be beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Prior experience with remote collaboration tools and meeting platforms.
  • Ability to foster relationships, trust, and partnerships in a remote environment.
