Lunch and Recess Program Facilitator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lunch and Recess Program Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading groups of students through structured games and activities, promoting physical and mental well-being, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead groups of students through engaging activities, promoting social-emotional learning and physical activity.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches to ensure a seamless program delivery.
- Support students' behavioral management needs and provide a positive role model to build kids' self-esteem and emotional wellness.
- Improvise and adapt activities as needed to meet the diverse needs of students.
- 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a Live-Scan background check and TB screening.
