Lunch and Recess Program Facilitator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lunch and Recess Program Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading groups of students through structured games and activities based on our comprehensive curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Lead groups of students through engaging activities that promote physical, mental, and academic well-being.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches to ensure a seamless experience for students.
- Support students' behavioral management needs and provide a positive role model to build kids' self-esteem and emotional wellness.
- Engage students in sports, games, and other activities that foster a love for learning.
- 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
