Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to join our Eastern division team. As a key member of our account team, you will partner with our sales organization to drive revenue growth and help our customers achieve their business goals.

As a Principal Solutions Consultant, you will have the technical knowledge and business consulting acumen to uncover a customer's current and future states, and provide insights to best position Sprinklr's platform. You will speak from a position of confidence and credibility, building rapport with customers and providing trusted advice.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a key member of the account team, working directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles to build confidence and excitement around Sprinklr's suite of products and integrations.
  2. Conduct in-depth discovery on the customer's current and future states, and positive business outcomes.
  3. Design compelling solutions to address a customer's key business challenges, and present a desired future state with measurable outcomes.
  4. Lead presales activities, including building and delivering compelling presentations, making solution recommendations, facilitating in-depth technical workshops, and conducting Proofs of Concept (POC) that demonstrate Sprinklr solutions and the value they provide.
  5. Collaborate with the Sprinklr ecosystem to configure relevant art of the possible demonstrations and validate customer requirements.
  6. Provide prompt and detailed handoffs to Customer Success (CS) to deliver against the proposed solution.
  7. Document observations from prospects and customers to influence future product capabilities.
  8. Keep up with an aggressive training schedule and maintain up-to-date Sprinklr product certifications.
  9. Prioritize participation in meetings with the account team and SC team.
  10. Ensure general administration across our systems of record are timely and accurate.
  11. Create re-usable collateral for the entire global presales team and act as a mentor to those across other teams.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in a presales role, preferably with a CCaaS based company managing large enterprise customers. You should be a clear communicator who can command engagements with Executives, IT, and business leads/practitioners. Thought leadership is essential, with experience in publishing whitepapers, speaking at industry events, blogging, etc. A creative thinker who can bring to life a vision of how a customer can approach their Customer Experiences in new and exciting ways is a must.

Methodical and meticulous approach to preparation and execution is required. Experience with cloud contact center technologies ranging from IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, Workflow Automation, Self Service, Conversational AI, Workforce Optimization, Outbound Engagement, Social Media Engagement, Digital (DX), Unified communications (UC) and Analytics is necessary.
