Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Primary Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting thorough examinations, and developing effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a diverse range of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits.
- Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting with a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting.
- State licensed in New York.
- A competitive salary range of $127,000 to $135,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule.
