Job Overview

Position: Industrial Manufacturing Machine Technician

We are looking for dedicated technicians to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Our organization operates a wide range of sophisticated machinery, including CNC equipment, Plastic Mold Injection systems, and surface treatment apparatus. We welcome both novice technicians eager to learn and seasoned professionals capable of troubleshooting electronic and electrical challenges, interpreting schematics, and executing component replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose machinery errors and perform necessary component replacements.
  • Familiarity with contactors, schematics, DMG Moores, and spindle genies is advantageous.
  • Experience with 5-7 axis mills, 304 axis lathes, Plastic Mold Injection machines, or surface treatment processes is preferred.
  • Ability to read schematics and utilize calipers effectively.
  • No prior experience with pump turning, motors, or refrigerants is necessary.

Available Positions and Compensation:

  • Technician 1 (Entry Level): $24/hr - $25/hr
  • Technician 2 (Experienced): $26/hr - $35/hr, with an average compensation between $30/hr - $32/hr
  • Entry-level technicians will participate in a comprehensive 3-year training and onboarding program.

Current Openings:

  • Senior CNC Technicians: $35/hr +
  • Senior Plastic Mold Injection (PMI) Technicians: $35/hr +
  • Senior Surface Treatment Technicians with expertise in metal preparation: $35/hr +

Employee Benefits:
