Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple facets of patient financial account services, including patient benefit assessment, insurance verification, pre-certification, and prior authorizations.
  • Coordinate all aspects of surgery scheduling, including scheduling appointments and revising/canceling appointments as necessary.
  • Act as an interdepartmental liaison and maintain familiarity with scheduling processes.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in authorizations/scheduling.
  • Technical savvy and proficiency in relevant software systems.
  • Good internet connection and reliable remote work setup.
