As a Senior Program Management Lead, you will foresee potential challenges, manage escalations, make informed trade-offs, and balance customer expectations with business objectives against technical limitations. You possess the ability to deconstruct large, intricate projects into manageable components, develop functional specifications, and deliver them successfully and punctually. Key Responsibilities
You will facilitate collaboration between the Amazon Photos team and our partners in the Devices organization, innovating and delivering exceptional Photos experiences on transformative products such as the Echo Show, Fire TV, Fire Tablet, and future innovations.
Your role will involve working closely with engineering, product, and quality assurance teams to ensure we are architecting, planning, and executing high-quality customer experiences while making scalable, long-term technical decisions that align with our commitments.
In your journey to become the organization’s authority on product delivery for Amazon Devices, you will lead strategic planning processes, ensuring we are proactive in our approach and making the right investments for the future.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management directly with software engineering teams
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules
- Experience in building and assessing system-level technical designs
- Experience in developing and executing product and technical roadmaps
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure and complex systems
- Experience in defining KPIs/SLAs that drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience in designing and developing robust and scalable software and services in multimedia domains

Our compensation reflects the labor market across various US geographic regions. The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by several factors including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, and depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation may be included as part of a comprehensive compensation package, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
