New Business Development Manager

As a seasoned sales professional, you will develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in targeted key accounts. With a deep understanding of our product line and clients' needs, you will focus on acquiring new clients and exceeding annual business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct and brokerage channels.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue, membership, and profitability targets.
- Manage the sales process for Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, and Behavioral products.
- Review and respond to RFPs, manage internal strategy, and present quotations.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospects and assigned producers.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.
- Prior experience in underwriting, operations, or sales, with a proven track record.
- 1-2+ years of experience in managed care sales.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work strategically with matrix partners to design presale strategies and proposals.
- Ability to obtain necessary licenses and maintain a valid driver's license.
