Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Associate to join our team at UHS. As a key member of our Partial Program, you will provide administrative support and assist with daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and office management assistance for the daily operations of the Partial Program.
  • Assist the Director of Outpatient Services to ensure that the overall needs of patients, physicians, and program staff are being met in an organized and timely fashion.
  • Track and communicate daily census for billing, including discharge documentation and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and post the daily groups, treatment team meetings, therapists' schedules, and Physician List.
  • Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment, restock as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain patient attendance, arrival/departure records, and group, individual, and family therapy sessions for billing.
  • Schedule assessments for all new admits and review Lab Corp account for accuracy.
  • Coordinate and assist with transportation needs as appropriate.
  • Maintain organization and efficiency of the Main PHP office.
  • Train and coordinate work assignments of the MHW's.
Qualifications
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to rotate shifts and programs as necessary.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient/resident information.
  • Must consistently exhibit mental and emotional ability to understand and perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Ability to model Service Excellence Standards.
  • Competent to provide direct supervision and implementation of the daily, structured routine.
  • Requires full range of body motion, including handling and physical restraint of patient/residents.
  • Provides behavioral management using hospital-approved methods.
  • Ability to perform CPR and CPI.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts.
