We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Solomon Page. As a key member of our commercial real estate firm, you will provide administrative support to our Partners and sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain accurate lease files, scanning all documents after execution.
  • Coordinate communication with various parties, including Account Managers, Compliance, Attorneys, and the Leasing Team.
  • Upload documents to our database and compile account summaries.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, retrieving documents as needed.
  • Handle requests for information and data, providing written responses to routine inquiries.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts, scheduling appointments and coordinating mailings.
  • Assist with additional tasks as requested by the Office Manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Real estate experience is a plus.
