Job Summary
Miller Klein Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant/Office Administrator to provide exceptional support to a small team of VPs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in calendar management, with experience handling complex schedules across multiple time zones. They will be proactive in resolving conflicts and ensuring the calendar is manageable for those they support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistics for meetings, including travel arrangements and venue coordination
- Update systems and procedures to ensure seamless operations
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for the team
- Handle office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining a welcoming reception area
- Lead on organizing social engagements and events
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of support experience, preferably in hospitality or a comparable industry. They will possess strong client services skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and the ability to pivot responsibilities when needed is crucial.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $90-105K, plus bonus. The role is based in NYC - Midtown, and the company offers great benefits, including travel discounts.
