Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience is essential, with a B.S./M.S. degree or 5 years of experience with a Ph.D.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in the conjugation, purification, and characterization of antibody-drug conjugates.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques and instrumentation, including chromatographic methods such as Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC), Reverse Phase (RP), Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), SDS-PAGE, and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
Educational Background:
Candidates should possess a B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related discipline, complemented by relevant industrial or academic experience.
Essential Skills:
- Hands-on experience in bio-conjugation and a solid foundation in protein biochemistry and chemistry.
