Regional Sales Growth Specialist

As a Regional Sales Growth Specialist at RTA of Iowa, you will have the opportunity to drive sales and establish strong relationships with customers in your assigned territory.
This role offers a great chance for someone who is driven and ambitious, with a passion for sales and customer service.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques. You should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.
A key aspect of this role is building relationships and driving business growth through effective sales and customer service strategies. You will be responsible for establishing strong connections with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
